As an organisation that delivers technical solutions in both the commercial and public sectors, we are proud to announce we have been granted a ‘Silver’ Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) award this month by Mrs Sarah Troughton, Lord Lieutenant of Wiltshire.
The ERS scheme identifies companies who strongly support the Armed Forces Community (AFC) and the valuable contribution they make to both industry and the community.
COO Sheila Bryant said “We absolutely recognise and support the commitment shown by our service personnel – their approach is very much in keeping with our company values which benefits both us and our clients.”
AFC Lead Rupert Hill said: “It’s a challenge balancing work, family and reserve service, but the people and delivery skills we have are very transferrable between the military and consulting worlds – it’s a win-win really!’
Rupert is one of our principal consultants and heads the change management practice. He also commands Northumbrian Universities Officer Training Corps, part of the Sandhurst Group and the most successful UOTC in the British Army over the last 4 years.
Leading Resolutions has a number of service personnel within their staff. In addition to reservist work, this AFC network provides mentoring advice to veterans seeking employment ranging from injured veterans via the Poppy Factory to graduating OTC members with 3 years service.
