HR Business Partner/Resourcing Manager

This role sits at the heart of our growing business and is responsible for ensuring we have the right people, in the right place, at the right time. This means full responsibility for attracting, retaining and developing the right talent across our consulting team, ensuring that our people are highly focussed and motivated to deliver across our client engagements.
The individual will be responsible to ensure that the right team is assembled on each assignment and will need to understand our existing consultant base and manage the wider talent pool. An understanding of IT is a distinct advantage. A grounded, business focused, outcomes based approach, exercising clarity of thought and good judgement is essential.
Likely areas of experience
This is a full time UK based role with flexibility around work location, should this be required. Excellent remuneration package available.
