Leading Resolutions welcomes new recruit Jim Cleaver

Jim Cleaver has joined independent IT and business consultancy, Leading Resolutions as Change Management Practice Lead.  In his new role, Jim will take responsibility for continuing to develop one of Leading Resolutions core capabilities.  The Change Management Practice delivers consultancy on organisational change, change strategy execution and support for the management of the implications of transforming business operations.

Leading Resolutions’ position as an independent consultancy with a senior team of experienced IT practitioners provides a strong foundation for a practice focused on technology enabled change, delivered through a change framework based on deep insights and experience gained from working within many complex organisations.

Jim brings to Leading Resolutions a wealth of leadership and transformational change experience in both the public and private sectors. As a Commissioned Officer in the Royal Marines he developed exceptional leadership and communication skills. Returning to civvy street in early 2003, Jim joined Atos Consulting as Executive Consultant. Here, he worked closely with the Welsh Assembly Government (WAG), the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra), the Ministry of Defence (MoD), the Home Office and the NHS, Scotland.  His consulting engagements covered the technical coordination and assurance for a programme providing centrally managed IT services to 1000 Scottish GP practices to identifying cost savings within the MoD while maintaining and enhancing frontline operational capability.

In 2006, Jim joined Logica Business Consulting where, as Managing Consultant, he was responsible for leading change on a number of major business transformations including large scale shared service programmes.  Jim currently holds the highest level of UK Government security clearance and, as well as a BSc (Hons) in Geography with Environmental Studies and PRINCE2 certification. He also holds an ISEB Diploma in Business Systems Development and is OGC MSP (Managing Successful Programmes) Accredited.
