Business transformation specialist Richard Evans joins Leading Resolutions

Having worked for Sainsbury’s Supermarket for 11 years between 1988 and 1999, first as a branch manager, latterly as Retails Systems Team Member, he played a central role in the installation of new systems across 250 stores.

In 1999, Richard joined Accenture as Retail Systems Team Leader, managing an installation team as part of the Sainsbury’s outsourced contract. Richard’s involvement with the supermarket chain continued for a further seven years, during which he was responsible for managing Accenture’s relationship with Sainsbury’s retail and property divisions.

In 2006, Richard took up a new role with Accenture, working on a pan-EuropeanSAPoutsourcing contract for Unilever before gaining promotion to Technology Account Lead. In this role, he was accountable for all aspects of IT delivery of Oracle retail, ecommerce and infrastructure for WHSmith, Argos and SpecSavers.

ITIL Service Management Foundation Certified, Richard is highly skilled in relationship management and has a proven track record in troubleshooting and problem solving.
